Borris-in-Ossory

Borris-in-Ossory (Buiríos Mór Osraí in Irish) is a small town in County Laois, Republic of Ireland, located in the midlands of Ireland. Though the town has few amenities, its position along the N7 road ensures plenty of through trade from motorists travelling between Limerick and Dublin. Most travellers with Bus Éireann between these cities are very familiar with the town – all scheduled bus services (including "non-stop" expresses) between the cities stop there for 15 minutes toilet/cigarette/snack break. There is a small hotel with a snack shop which profits greatly from these passengers.
